Please join us in the Maggie Trafton program room to hear Gloria read her story “The Painted Turtle” and talk about life on a small farm in Maine. Gloria will also be selling and signing her books. Gloria lives and works on Nezinscot farm in Turner, Maine with her family.

Please join us on Wednesday, July 18th at 10 am in the children’s room for a very special author visit with Lindy Shapiro , author of Moon Mangoes. Lindy will present a story and craft and sign copies of her book. Lindy is an award winning author and educator. She is the founder of the Bodhi Education project, a non-profit that promotes awareness of the human experience and understanding of cultures. 20% of the sales will be donated to the library. Author Visit with Lindy Shapiro
July 18th, 10 – 11 a.m.
Please join us for a very special story program with Lindy Shapiro, author of Moon Mangoes. Lindy is an award winning author and educator. In 2006, she founded the Bodhi Education Project, a nonprofit that promotes awareness of the human experience and understanding of cultures, allowing people to connect with their world and, in turn, share responsibility in taking care of it.
Books will be available for sale and signing with 20% of all profits supporting the Auburn Public Library.
