Wednesday’s “KIDS! DIY Tweens-Make a Bristlebot!” workshop was FUN!
Check out the link to some pictures featuring some of ZANY kids who participated
in this science-oriented, hands-on, buzzing-with-life-craft!
BristleBots had a fantastic turn-out! Fun and focused, these kids followed
Miss Heather in her kinetic-robotic-workshop which featured toothbrushes
generously donated by Center Street Dental, and other supplies provided by
the Auburn Public Library; These included a motor and watch battery per child.
Since this workshop was SO popular, please be sure to follow us on FB, our Blog,
and create a shortcut to our online calendar for future and easy reference!
Try to register early as workshops tend to fill up quickly! We’ll see you NEXT time!

For kids in kindergarten and up
It’s the most wonderful time of the year and Mad Science is going to share it with you! You won’t believe your eyes as you try to determine if what you’re seeing is magic or science. Don’t worry, we’ll explain it all as we use our indoor fireworks to create a festival of lights and share our top secret “special ice”, shipped straight from the North Pole. It all comes together with our magical no-melt snow. You’ll have to see it to believe it!
No registration is required for this free event. For more information, please contact the Auburn Public Library children’s department at 207-333-6640 ext. 3.
